We describe the clinical course of a male infant presenting with recurrent dehydration and salt loosing crises, diagnosed as Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. After initial crises management, the child was continued on replacement therapy. During the two year follow up, he was found to be growing appropriately and achieving normal milestones for age.
